We want you to love your skin and your Simple Sugars experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our all-natural products, we can only accept returns for items that are at least half full.

Return Process

  Contact our customer joy team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully package the items in their original container, ensuring the lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
